Lace up with Louis in this new 4-week run series focused on building your endurance and harnessing the mental benefits of running. Whether you take this series on a treadmill or outdoors, the goal is to get you to a 30-minute run by the final week, starting off with 10 minutes in week one. Each run begins with a warmup and cooldown, so you'll have time to prepare and then decompress afterwards. An additional class each week incorporates both running and strength work to build your power and balance out your training. The goal of this Alo Moves series is for you to build confidence, increase your time, and experience that satisfying runner's high. It's not about your pace — it's about moving your feet and tuning into your mind. Let's get to it.
